How we use your email

The agent stops before payment and never enters personal data.

The same route for every store

Every store gets the same task, so Scores can be compared. A stage only counts when our own checks confirm it.

  1. Loads the storeThe agent opens the start page in a real browser and says who it is.
  2. Handles popupsCookie banner, newsletter, country picker: whatever a shopper has to click away too.
  3. Finds a productIn the store's largest category, a product that needs a variant choice.
  4. Picks a variantA size or colour that is in stock.
  5. Adds it to the cartAnd checks that the item and the price are right.
  6. Reaches the checkoutThe Goal line: the checkout shows the item and its price. The agent stops there, before payment.

What you get

A Score and a verdict, where the agent got stuck with screenshots, every Finding with a fix, and a recording of the whole Run to show your team.
